7-7 last week, so the overall record remains an abysmal 9 games below .500 at 43-52-8. Let's if we can get back on track this week:

Cleveland -3 over ST. LOUIS

St. Louis appears to be a totally disaster right now, you can't take them until something changes

Detroit +5 over CHICAGO

I think these teams are fairly evenly match, so I'll take the points

Indianapolis -6.5 over CAROLINA

6.5? Are you kidding me? Did Peyton Manning get hurt? I know it's on the road, but I think Indy should be able to cover a touchdown.

N.Y. Giants -9.5 over MIAMI

So this game is in London, but it's going to be a 1PM ET time anyway. Interesting. What's the point of having the game be in London if it's not going to be nationally televised? Why not save this for later in the season and have it be a Saturday game?

Oakland +7.5 over TENNESSEE

Tennessee hasn't been blowing anybody out this year

MINNESOTA +1 over Philadelphia

Not sure why Minny is getting a point at home. Aren't these teams evenly matched? They are both 2-4 NFC teams, and Philly has got a lot of distractions going on with people calling for Andy Reid's resignation.

CINCINNATI +3.5 over Pittsburgh

The AFC North goes completely up for grabs if Cincy can pull of the upset.

Buffalo +3 over N.Y. JETS

Maybe the Ravens just suck, but with Trent Edwards at the helm, Buffalo seems like a team to contend with. This has to be Chad Pennington's last game as a starter. They will fall to 1-7, and at that point you have to find out what you've got with Kellen Clemens.

SAN DIEGO -9.5 over Houston

It's tough to decide how to pick this one. We still don't know, as of Friday, where this game is going to be played. My guess though is that it will be at the Q and the Bolts will rally around this tragedy.

TAMPA BAY -3.5 over Jacksonville

Quinn Gray really looked awful last week

New Orleans -1 over SAN FRANCISCO

Seems like the Saints are going somewhere and the 49ers aren't

Washington +16.5 over NEW ENGLAND

The Skins have a pretty decent D and have been able to put points on the board, so the Skins should be able to keep it within 2 TDs.

DENVER -3 over Green Bay

Tough one to call, but I'll go with the AFC when in doubt.
